It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this post before placing an order.
Β Contact:
β’ To place a custom order or to be provided with a quote, please fill out a contact form or message us via Facebook/Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as we can.Β Wait time is approximately 2-6 weeks give or take from the date the order is placed! However, this is subject to changes (ex. Christmas). The best option is to message us for an up to date wait time. Orders are completed in the order in which they where placed!
β’ You will be sent photos of your items when complete, remaining payment (if not paid in full) must be received in 3 days, which is an allotted grace period to allow customers to get finances in order. If you have not paid up by the end of this period it is my right to offer the items for sale to the public.
β’ Large orders, or custom items such as bronc noseband halters, custom headstalls or anything personally customized to the buyer require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Your order will not be added to the list until the deposit is received for the items stated above.Β No refunds are given at any given time on custom orders. Refunds on online orders will have a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs are on the buyer, not seller.
Shipping :
β’ ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping available in π¨π¦&πΊπΈ. We only ship twice a week! Once the parcel leaves our hands we have no control over how Canada post handles our items. Orders must be paid in FULL before items will be shipped. Orders may take 1-4 business days to ship! You will be notified with a tracking number once it has shipped. We use Canada Post as our courier worldwide.

β’ All items are average Quarter horse sizing unless otherwise specified They are NOT guaranteed to fit every individual horse. If you feel your horse is larger or smaller please let me know so we can make the perfect fit for your horse! Halters come with a standard 7-8.5 foot lead.Β
β’ Cβs Custom Braids does NOT take responsibility of how our items are handled once in customers hands. If our products malfunction message us to start a claim and we will either repair or replace your product ( photos will need to be seen ).
